Guide to Record Keeping

This guide has been developed to assist project proponents seeking accreditation under ESS and accredited certificate providers to manage their records.

To be eligible for accreditation, project proponents must have record keeping arrangements approved by the Scheme Administrator. This guide is intended to provide a general outline of the Scheme Administrator's requirements with respect to record keeping. (The Scheme Administrator and auditors will assess record keeping with reference to this guide.)

Application Guide

This guide has been developed to assist persons applying to the Scheme Administrator for accreditation as an accredited certificate provider under the Energy Savings Rule of 2009 (the Rule).

The guide provides directions to assist applicants in filling out the Application Form and the respective Application Attachments required for each specific calculation methodology.

The guide also details the documents that must be submitted in support of an application and explains the accreditation process.
