Energy Savings Scheme Rule
The Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009 will be Gazetted on 3 July 2009.
The ESS Rule sets out:
- Types of eligible activities
- Types of ineligible activities
- Eligible applicants
- Detailed calculation methodologies.
Plain English guidance is provided in the Guide to Applying – ESS Rule. However, this guide is not a substitute for the ESS Rule and project proponents are avised to familiarise themselves with the ESS Rule.
