The ESS Portal is a web-based application used by Accredited Certificate Providers (ACPs) and Auditors. As an ACP, you use this application to request any changes to your accreditation, track the status of your audits, and submit implementation data sheets for the registration of ESCs. We use it to manage compliance of your accreditation and to keep you updated in relation to the audit and amendment process.
The primary contact of each ACP has the ability to add more users. Please ensure contact details are kept up to date, so that you receive all relevant communications relating to your accreditations and the ESS. Refer to the ACP User Guide - ESS Portal for more information
If you experience any technical difficulties with the ESS Portal please contact us. Include a brief description of the problem you are experiencing, and attach a screenshot of the issue if possible. Support will be available Monday to Friday within business hours and we will do our best to contact you within one business day of receiving your request.
