Some products must be accepted for use by the Scheme Administrator before energy savings certificates can be created. This page provides information about products that must be accepted and the acceptance process.

Lighting

Lighting products, such as LEDs and induction luminaires, must be accepted prior to creating energy savings certificates. These products must satisfy certain safety and performance requirements to be eligible.

Chimney dampers

Chimney dampers under Activity Definition E9 of the Home Energy Retrofits Method must be accepted prior to creating certificates.
