ACPs may work with installers and consultants to undertake energy saving projects. Minimum Requirements have been established to help ensure that ACPs and their representatives act in a way that protects the interests of customers and maintains the integrity of the ESS. Representatives who engage with customers are effectively the public face of the ESS.
Compliance with these Minimum Requirements is part of the Conditions of Accreditation applied to every ACP accreditation.
The Minimum Requirements apply to ACPs, in respect of their own conduct and the conduct of any person participating in any aspect of a Recognised Energy Savings Activity (RESA) on behalf of an ACP.
